ABV: 9,0% IBU: 36 EBC: 14 ITA: Corposa ed elegante birra belga, dal sapore intenso con evidenti sentori di frutta gialla, spezie e tenui note di luppolo. Color dorato carico, schiuma bianca e persistente, considerevole tenore alcolico ben sostenuto da una carbonazione elevata e da un finale moderatamente amaro. ENG: Full bodied and elegant Belgian beer, with an intense flavor with clear hints of yellow fruit, spices and soft notes of hops. Deep golden color, white and persistent foam, considerable alcohol content well supported by a high carbonation and a moderately bitter finish.

Spearheaded by the now more than decade-long experience of brewer Alessio – AKA “Allo” – Gatti, CANEDIGUERRA was established in early 2015 in the center of the Piedmontese city of Alessandria. With an essentialist image that reflects the underlying philosophy of its beers, CANEDIGUERRA features a range of traditional beers that respect the stylistic canons of reference, besides an array of experimental productions and international collaborations, all strictly unfiltered and unpasteurized.
