Forte dall’esperienza più che decennale del birraio Alessio “Allo” Gatti, il birrificio CANEDIGUERRA è nato ad inizio 2015 nel centro del capoluogo di provincia piemontese Alessandria. Immagine lineare, come lo è la filosofia brassicola, CANEDIGUERRA propone una gamma di birre tradizionali rispettose dei canoni stilistici di riferimento, affiancata da una varietà di produzioni sperimentali e di collaborazioni internazionali, tutte rigorosamente non filtrate né ovviamente pastorizzate.
Spearheaded by the now more than decade-long experience of brewer Alessio – AKA “Allo” – Gatti, CANEDIGUERRA was established in early 2015 in the center of the Piedmontese city of Alessandria. With an essentialist image that reflects the underlying philosophy of its beers, CANEDIGUERRA features a range of traditional beers that respect the stylistic canons of reference, besides an array of experimental productions and international collaborations, all strictly unfiltered and unpasteurized.
