THE GREEN TOWER

Since 2020, the school double its didactic spaces, including a Green Tower composed by 7 floors, completely digitalized, with low environmental impact, entirely available to the all the students of CAST Alimenti that decide to build their future with solid bases of knowledge and experience, among dozens of courses of Professional Advanced Diploma and Specialization Courses. Designed according to the most modern concepts of eco-compatible building, the new Green Tower is a strategic point of reference providing complementary services and working in synergy with the previous headquarter thus optimizing the hospitality and education segments offered by the CAST Alimenti. The building is equipped with the most modern state-of-the-art systems for air recycling, energy saving and power generation, heating/ cooling system with the aid of a geothermal wells and solar panels. In compliance with the strictest regulations in terms of sustainability, it will become the epitome of how CAST Alimenti care for the environment, giving further value to some choices by including it in the program of study, as an integral element of its sustainable philosophy. More than 4000 square meters dedicated to training and hospitality comprehensive of: - 10 Laboratories both with single workstations for individual and group work - 1 Research and Development laboratory - 1 Great Hall - 1 Conference Room - 2 Classrooms for theorical lessons - 1 Great educational and service cuisine - 1 Panoramic Restaurant and event area - 1 Bar and coffee area - 1 Temporary shop - 42 rooms for hospitality - 1 terrace with hydroponic and aquaponic crops
