Beef burger 98% meat (of which 100% Irish aberdeen angus) frozen. Aberdeen angus is a very ancient breed of cattle, originating in the county of Aberdeen. The cattle are characterized by a splendid black coat with long hair, by the lack of horns, by the high weight, by a small stature, by a compact and rounded trunk and by a remarkable development of the muscular masses. The main feature of this meat is due to the special natural infiltration of the fat which makes it tender and tasty. Also available with origin USA, Italy and Australia. Thanks to the great demand, the first grilling line was purchased, becoming a pioneer in Italy in the production of grilled hamburgers. In 2015 the TopTaste Burger brand was added, a line of high quality gourmet burger. With the 40th anniversary the logo is renewed to commemorate the company's origins.
