A classic typical format from the South of Italy, usually served as dry pasta, which, as fresh pasta, gives of its best. Larger than the tradizional format, it twists around itself 7/8 times and its dough is enriched with barn eggs that give it an intense yellow colour. Cooks in only 5 minutes, despite its size. It shows an extraordinaty propensity to hold any kind of sauce.
