Nato nel 2007 a Roncole Verdi (PR), oggi il birrificio si trova a Soragna (PR) ed è dotato di un impianto produttivo completamente automatizzato, di una nuova linea di imbottigliamento e di un laboratorio interno di assicurazione e controllo qualità. L’unicità delle birre, non filtrate nè pastorizzate, la loro eleganza ed espressività, e soprattutto il loro equilibrio, sono le chiavi del successo del birrificio, che ha vinto oltre 100 premi in soli 15 anni nelle maggiori competizioni birrarie.
