Baladin nasce come brewpub nel 1996 a Piozzo, nelle Langhe in provincia di Cuneo, per opera del suo fondatore e mastro birraio Teo Musso. L’obiettivo è stato quello di produrre una birra unica - sia nel gusto sia nell’immagine - con lo scopo di proporsi nel mondo della ristorazione e della gastronomia italiana ed estera. Dal 2012 Baladin è divenuto un birrificio agricolo con lo scopo di assumersi la responsabilità dell’intero ciclo di produzione, partendo dalla terra e dalle materie prime.
Baladin was originally created in 1996 as a brewpub in Piozzo - in the Langhe area in the province of Cuneo - by its founder and master Teo Musso. The goal has always been clear: making unique beers - both in terms of taste and image – which would distinguish themselves in the world of gastronomy, both in Italy and abroad. In 2012, Baladin became a farm brewery with the intention of becoming responsible for the entire production cycle, starting from the Earth and the raw materials.
