Ales & Co dal 2006 seleziona ed importa in esclusiva per l'Italia alcuni fra i marchi indipendenti più noti del panorama Britannico, Nord Europeo e USA, ma anche micro-birrifici emergenti. Dal 2019 Ales & Co apre le sue porte al mondo delle birre tedesche e ceche, grazie a tre partner scelti in base all'altissima qualità di prodotto. Contemporaneamente viene sviluppato un corner dedicato alla mixology, grazie alla partnership con BrewDog Distilling, Sacred Spirits e Bermondsey Mixer.
